HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

For exchanges after receiving your order, your items should be unwashed and unused.
You have 14 days from receiving your item to exchange.
Return shipping on exchanges should be included.
Email us at customers@brilmo.com and provide your location to give you the nearest warehouse address to you. 
    How can I get a refund?
    If you wish to receive a full refund, we will work with you and make it easy to do so. You will have 14 days after receiving your product to get a full refund for the item but not the shipping costs. Please emails us at customers@brilmo.com to provide you with the nearest warehouse location.
      What if I received the wrong item or a defect?
      If this happens, we are very sorry and we will take care of you and cover all the costs of getting you the right order. Please emails us at customers@brilmo.com include your order number, and a picture of the issue and we will send you a new product and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us.

        How much is shipping?
        For all US orders shipping is free. For all other countries, shipping is $3.99.    
          Do you ship internationally?

            How do I track my package?
            Tracking numbers should be available 2-4 days after completing your purchase.  
              How long does it take for an order to arrive?
              This depends on the product ordered. It typically takes only a few days to get your order shipped out. Once shipped, it typically arrives within a few (7-15) days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.
              However, USA orders can take 1 to 4 weeksCanada orders can take up to 5 weeks  & International orders can take up to 6 weeks. Orders normally received within 2 weeks but some delays might occur due to busy holidays, customs delays and unforeseen reasons such as transit delays and weather conditions. If your order is delayed and not shipped yet, you can always cancel your order via email and receive a full refund. 
                I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
                Some orders might contain product from different warehouses and you might receive part of the order first but be assured that the rest of the order will arrive soon after. Normally, other packages arrive within a week from the first package arrived. 

                  ORDERING

                  I want to buy a bundle but I want parts of the bundle to have different, what should I do?
                  If you like to have different size for some items within a bundle, please leave a note at the checkout and we will accommodate your request. 

                    I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)... can I change it?

                    If you like to change some information regarding your order, we can help you do so as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please emails us at customers@brilmo.com and we will make the changes. If it is shipped, you can wait till you receive your item and you can ship it back with shipping back label after contacting us.
